Coating process of aluminum ceiling panels

HAOYA interior aluminum ceiling panels commonly use three main coating processes: electrostatic powder coating, roller coating, and film.
Simple definition
Electrostatic powder coating involves electrostatically spraying environmentally friendly powder onto the aluminum substrate and curing it at high temperatures. This is the most widely used process on the market.
Roller coating involves continuously rolling the paint onto a whole roll of material and baking it at high temperatures, resulting in virtually no color difference.
Film involves applying a high-polymer decorative film to the surface of the aluminum substrate; this process is relatively simple.

The advantages and disadvantages of these three processes are as follows:
Electrostatic powder coating is easy to process, has a fast delivery time, and is cost-effective. Its disadvantages include color differences between different batches and moderate scratch resistance.
It is suitable for most projects with basic requirements.
Roller coating offers uniform color, no color difference, high simulation, and resistance to fading. Its disadvantages include the inability to produce small customized orders immediately and higher costs.
It is suitable for high-standard decoration in hotels, office buildings, etc.
Film offers fast delivery, realistic wood grain, non-peeling coating, oil resistance, easy cleaning, moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high cost-effectiveness. The downsides are that it may peel after prolonged exposure to high temperatures and has poor fire resistance. It’s suitable for guesthouses, art galleries, wood-look ceilings, or projects with a lower budget.
